The CSR/Sales Operation Representative is focused primarily on ensuring that all the sales support activities are well-coordinated and completed according to the process guidelines. The role includes initiatives targeted at meeting the demands / requirements to satisfy the customer's needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- In charge of order-to-cash process
- Receive customer orders, and finish order acknowledgment within 24 hours
- Set up complete order tracing record and keep all information updated in a timely manner
- Order maintenance, including order input, order change, and order cancellation
- Timely information exchange and communication with related departments
- Daily transfer of customer order requirements to procurement for purchase and obtain confirmation of goods arrival date.
- Issue delivery notice to Logistics Dept in a timely manner. Delivery notices must be transferred to the warehouse with consideration of space/lead time.
- Prepare and follow up on the accuracy of commercial documents
- Assist customers with data provisions, information checks and problem solving
- Collect/Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly business data and reports
- Handle customer complaints (shortage, damage, logistics etc)
- Support the Finance Department with issuing VAT Invoice

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of work experience in customer service
- Good MS Office skills especially Excel
- Service orientated
- Teamwork
- Ability to work under pressure
- Patient and willing to work on repetitive tasks
