The Worldwide Operations organization is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support the Regional Security Director on our Security and Loss Prevention team in Singapore (and another director based virtually in India).
Key job responsibilities
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, coordinating domestic and international travel, and managing regional project and business reporting communications. Additionally, this role requires an ambitious and curious individual who is business oriented and has superior learning agility.

About the team
The Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) team’s aim is to provide services which protect company personnel, physical assets, products and reputation; carry out investigations, and manage crisis/emergency situations. The SLP team always endeavor to maintain customer satisfaction in accordance with Global Security guidelines and policies. SLP roles are cross-functional and require collaboration and influencing ability across business teams and corporate functions.
