Security Architecture Lead, Apac

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **Security Architecture Lead, APAC **to support the Olympus cybersecurity mission. As a senior security architecture professional, you will identify solutions and lead against an ever-evolving cyber threat landscape, protecting critical information assets within Olympus.

This position will see you develop the security architecture strategy in collaboration with the Global IT Security Head and execute the strategy through your team and managed service providers. Moreover, you will lead architecture design reviews to evaluate security controls and identify opportunities to enhance the security posture of the Olympus business environments.

Furthermore, this position will partner with our regions and be the key contact for each regional CIO and local business. You will be the point of contact for coordinating any necessary regional incidents, information security & privacy meetings and ensure any regional needs are addressed appropriately with the Global IT Security team. As such, you must have capability to understand local / regional laws and regulations that need to be followed.

**What we are looking for**:
With fierce alignment to our values, you consider yourself to be a proactive, achievement-orientated and a determined individual with extensive experience in securing traditional enterprise IT, manufacturing, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll have demonstrated experience in evaluating and implementing security technologies, as well as defining security requirements to secure enterprise infrastructure. Furthermore, your experience will include:

- Significant Leadership / Management experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated consulting skills, with IT Security concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement system design.
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in IT/ IS/ Business/ Technology.
- Should hold at least one of the major security certifications (ex: CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, CISSP-ISSAP, GPEN, GICSP, GRID, SABSA, CNDA, CRTSA, GDSA etc.).
- Embrace and lead change effectively and cultivate an environment of security driven thinking, innovation, experimentation, rigor and continuous improvement.
- Results oriented, high energy, inspirational and self-motivated leader.
- Multi-lingual communication preferred.
