**Requirements**:
**Job Description**:
(a) Prepare the necessary apparatus and materials needed by the Science teachers before lessons;
(b) Labelling and grouping of items for easy access, turn on necessary IT equipment before teacher is in the class; (c) Assisting teachers in supervision of students during lab work;
(d) Maintaining the equipment and apparatus in the Science Rooms;
(e) Maintaining the cleanliness of the Science Rooms;
(f) Updating inventory list, identifying and condemning items which are not of working conditions;
(g) Collating necessary materials to be purchased and liaising with the teachers;
(h) Helping teachers to buy perishable items for Science experiments;
(i) Assisting Science teachers in carrying out Science events, registration and collection of forms (if any);
(j) Helping Head of Department (Science)’s work in the afternoons eg. collation of survey results, typing of simple forms, any other administrative duties as required;
(k) Assisting as a safety chaperon e.g. during daily arrival and dismissal of students, chaperon to students going on external Learning Journeys, supervise students during recess play etc.

(l) Assisting with any other assigned duties.

(m) May be required to go into classroom to relief class if teacher is away;
