Job Description Summary

**Job Description**:
Marketing Assistant PI will work closely with BD PI regional marketing department and provide administrative marketing support to Regional PI Marketing Leaders for all Internal and External Regional Marketing programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting regional marketing team in organizing regional BD initiated and 3rd party programs.
- Ensure completion of plans, tasks and logistics for all marketing programs. Timely delivery of invitation letters, bookings, meals, transfers, welcome packs, etc. Ensure that marketing initiatives adhere to corporate guidelines and budgets. Prepare and gather feedback and reports for programs
- Assist with compliant approval process by raising compliance approval requests for all programs as per BD policy.
- Preparation, Submission and Processing of marketing materials through system based Medical, Legal and Regulatory Approval.
- Learning and maintaining various types of omni channel/ digital marketing tools, including marketing promotion materials and training content.
- Support in Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
- Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents, including interpreting a variety of reports, analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback. Organizing and supporting market research initiatives.
- Assist with budgets, invoicing, cross charging and overseeing tracking of cross charges.
- Assist in development of internal and external training materials, manuals, and documentation. Makes sure that training materials together with instructional methods are current and aligned with the event goals and outcomes.
- Ensure all materials adhere to the highest corporate compliance regulations and appropriate IH requirements including international codes.
- Preparing and Timely Processing of all procurement and payment system requests and ensuring timely payments.
- Liaison and assist with Global Training and Education Team country marketers for all regional Peripheral Intervention Programs.
