**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare workstations at the start of the shift.
- Clarify appropriate production parameters, ingredient quantities and/ or preparation methods to meet process requirements.
- Operate equipment and machinery in the food production line.
- Monitor food processing equipment for escalation in cases of improper functions.
- Check the correctness of food quantities, food quality, container formats and materials against the production instructions given.
- Clean and reinstate workstations, operate cooking equipment and dispose of waste as per defined SOPs.
- Other ad hoc jobs as assigned
