**What the role is**
- As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Contracts in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that oversees the costing and procurement of school infrastructure development and facilities management (FM) services.

**What you will be working on**
- Establish and review procurement and administration strategies, procedures and processes for construction and FM contracts
- Provide procurement and contractual advice to project teams on their school building and FM tenders or contracts, including reviewing the tender or quotation specifications to ensure that the Ministry’s requirements and needs are met
- Manage and coordinate procurement related to school building development projects, including calling tenders or quotations, evaluating tender proposals, putting up tender award recommendations for approval and preparing contract documents for awarded tenderers
- Analyse and keep track of cost estimates provided by external consultants and contractors for budget projection and ensure prudence in expenditure

**What we are looking for**
- Good working knowledge and understanding of the building industry and regulations
- Strong collaborative, communication, interpersonal and project management skills
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in the areas of Quantity Surveying
