**What the role is**
- As Deputy Director of the Human Resources (HR) Division, you will drive, formulate, review and implement strategic HR policies and initiatives aligned with the Organisation’s goals and desired outcomes.

**Talent Acquisition**
- Formulate talent development framework, processes and career pathways for leadership succession.
- Partner the leadership team in ensuring a strong leadership pipeline and development of talents.
- Analyse data, develop forecast outcomes metrics and prioritize initiatives based on the forecast to support management discussions and improvise talent/career development/transition strategies.
- Drive and operationalise talent pipeline through scholarships, secondment opportunities and inter-agencies talent attachment programmes.

**HR Development**
- Conceptualise and drive the PA Workforce Competency Framework in alignment to whole of government strategic directions.
- Lead and guide internal stakeholders to develop the Functional Competencies Framework as part of the overall PA Workforce Competency Framework.
- Implement strategies and policies for Employee Engagement and Capability Building.
- Facilitate and collaborate with external consultants and inter-agencies to initiate new HR programmes for the PA.
- Identify and curate opportunities for PA officers to learn progressively and increase competency levels to better meet rising expectations and broader job scope.

**HR Excellence**
- Promotes team-oriented approach to service delivery among HR staff.
- Inspire and mentor team members to drive performance and develop staff potential.
- Cultivate teamwork and team spirit to build a cohesive HR team for greater effectiveness and productivity of HR work.
