Singapore Blackstone Group Full time

Blackstone is seeking to increase the ESG expertise by recruiting an ESG Analyst for its Real Estate business. The position is intended to be located in Singapore and reports directly to the Asia Pacific Head of Real Estate ESG, Nina James in Sydney, with a dual reporting line to Mike Sharples, Snr Associate, Real Estate Portfolio Management, located in Singapore. In this newly created role as part of the Real Estate team, this professional will be responsible for supporting the data management and reporting activities of the Global and Asia Pacific ESG program within Blackstone Real Estate and across its real estate portfolio companies and investment partners.

The Analyst will work on a wide range of projects and assignments. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Portfolio ESG Data Analytics
- Portfolio Company reporting liaison & stakeholder management
- Quarterly and Ad-Hoc Investor Reporting deliverables
- Quarterly Internal Firmwide Reporting requirements
- ESG Data verification and management
- Preparation of Presentation Materials
- Support Global Projects and Deliverables
- Special Ad-Hoc Projects/Coordination with Senior Management
- Co-ordinate onboarding of new assets onto data management platforms
- Co-ordinate the collection of broad ESG data sets for accurate internal and investor reporting
- Manage ESG performance data to provide trends and analytic insights

**Qualifications**:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
- 2-3+ years of relevant data management and reporting experience preferable
- A BA or BS in related discipline
- Strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills, ideally within Real Estate or ESG
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experienced using Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake or similar business analytics packages preferred
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Entrepreneurial / intrapreneurial spirit, ability to creatively solve challenges and propose effective solutions
- Demonstrated interest in ESG themes
- Ambition to work in fast paced pressured environments
- Self-starter, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
