Working location: 2-3 mins walk from Farrer Park MRT
Monday to Friday: From 9 am to 6 pm
Saturday: Every other week only
Salary Ranges: S$3,000 and above
A reputable medical concierge service company seeks a talent willing to provide committed quality services to the company and its patients. This role will be one of the key support roles for our front-line business development managers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- To assist and support the business's daily operations in administration, claims-specific knowledge, industry stakeholders, internal processes, and standards.
- Carry out your duties to the best of your ability, considering the needs of your teammates, the Company, and the Company's partners/clients.
- Maintain, promote, develop, and expand the business and interests of the Company generally.
- Work with the Business Development Team and business partners to assist prospects and clients in providing medical administrative services as a value-added service.
**Job Requirements**
- A Diploma or Degree in Business administration or accounting or related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of related work experience required.
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers and associates.
- A good team player, meticulous, organized, and able to adapt to the company’s culture.
- An independent individual with initiative and willingness to do what it takes to complete assigned tasks.
- 6. Strong interpersonal, understanding, and collaboration skills in listening, understanding, and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Adaptable, resilient, able to multi-task, and work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful, proactive, and analytical, with an eye for detail.
