Singapore GRAVITY GAME HUB (GGH) PTE. LTD. Full time

Research and find on-the-ground issues of the game from multiple channels which includes in-game, forums, media sites, social media channels and other available channels
- Interact, manage and guide the community
- Propose, organize, manage and oversee community events online or offline in multiple countries
- Ensure community acquisition and growth
- Ensure smooth communications with the community
- Establish partnerships to deepen and strengthen engagement with the community
- Monitor player sentiments and community feedback

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
- Strong interest and passion in gaming
- Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure
- Social media savvy
- Fluency in English, excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Good or Excellent understanding of Ragnarok Online game
- Players without experience are welcome to apply
