**Roles & Responsibilities**

Job Description:

- Responsible for new programmes/events and servicing of existing programmes/events
- Responsible for events’ outcome
- Responsible for event, partnership and marketing activities
- Create plans for all events, including timelines, venues and outcome
- Call for quotations for Event Organisers (EO) to manage and execute the events.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct pre-event and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plans
- Budget adherence and tracking
- Engage in ad-hoc responsibilities and/or projects as needed to assist in the continuous growth of KCA
- Management of the EOs
- Onsite execution and delivery of event
- Any other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree with min 2 years of relevant experience
- Experienced in tender, event planning and vendor relationships
- Good communication skill, negotiation skill & ability to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously
- Experience in hospitality and tourism sector preferred
