
Construction Site Administrative Clerk

Provide administrative support on site.
- Administration support to project team and handles project pubic relation issues.
- Serve as primary contact point of information flow between Town Office and site.
- Act as project document controller and perform administrative duties including filing, sorting, printing, circulation, storage of project documents and handling all incoming telephone calls.
- Assume responsbility for maintenance of site office equipment, including computers, copier machine and fax machine. Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Min. GCE 'O' Level
- Min. 2 years working experience in providing efficient administration in construction environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
