We have just expanded our business to Singapore and we are looking for for a self-motivated and high performing digital marketing specialist to join our new team in Singapore. You will thrive in this position if you are goals-driven, strategic and tactical and have a growth mindset. Working with the global team in Singapore and marketing team in Japan, this is a precious chance to gain international exposure and develop essential interpersonal skills in a global luxury brand.
We are looking for a strong digital marketer who has a strong hands-on experience in Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Marketing in the luxury related industry.

**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, develop and implement effective digital strategies to drive campaign performance across digital platforms that include but are not limited to: Google, Yahoo-Bing Search Engine Marketing, Google Display Network, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Monitor and track performances of campaigns to ensure budget utilization is on track and to achieve the KPIs
- Undertake relevant and suitable optimization measures to improve campaign performance
- Trouble shooting campaign issues such as ad visibility, tracking and coding integration, etc
- Create and customize reports as and when they are requested
- Provide periodic review and end of campaign review including written analysis of campaign performance and strategic recommendations for action and improvement
- Enable Adwords and Google Analytics Integration. Provide expert direction to IT team
- Deliver higher traffic and sales conversion to our website through digital marketing
- Build and implement automated traffic generation workflows that are effective and scalable
- Improve our website discoverability via content, SEO, backlinks or any other organic means]
- Implement paid digital advertising campaigns that deliver high quality traffic and ROI.
- Build affiliate and referral networks of online media, KOL and influencers that deliver traffic and sales to promote our brand positioning
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience
- Report to our Marketing Manager and work closely on coming up both the Online and Offline Marketing Campaign for the fiscal year
- Coordinate with our content creation and sales teams
- Identify opportunities for optimization within the current user funnel to improve performance metrics by understanding user behavior through data
- Work with data, product, and engineering teams to define any new requirements to ensure the right data are available for relevant, personalized, and real-time campaigns
- Plan and execute digital and print media plans including paid for digital advertising, social media plans, and SEO
- Formulate and execute data driven digital marketing strategies to achieve sales goal
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of Google Ads account management experience required
- Minimum 3 years of Facebook ads management experience required
- Anyone without hands-on Google AdWords experience will not be considered
- 2 years of agency experience in managing campaigns across multiple industries and market segments with SEO fundamental knowledge is a plus
- Ability to write ad content and do some basic image editing when required
- Google Ads Certification required
- Google Analytics experience a plus
- Good knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Search Console and popular research Tools such as AHREFS, SimilarWeb, SEMrush
- Knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising
- Knowledge of SEO, various online search mediums and social media and an understanding of how these omni-channels work together with advertising is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytic
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and hands-on experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
