**Responsibilities**:

- Assist to manage and oversee the centre to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist to oversee scheduling and planning of staff scheduling and child’s daily routine to ensure well-being of the children in center
- Work closely with principal and the team to ensure staff well-being and morale
- Build rapport with students and parents to facilitate open communication and trust.
- Prepare/Review lessons plans, conduct lesson evaluation, prepare/review teaching aids and review children’s portfolio
