Kotlin Software Engineer

**YOUR ROLE**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Design and develop back-end services and APIs using Kotlin, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end engineers, product managers, and designers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices and coding standards.
- Integrate with databases, cloud services, and third-party APIs as required.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to promote a culture of technicalexcellence.
- Work in an Agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, andretrospectives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Kotlin and back-end development. **WHO YOU ARE**:

- **Technical Expertise**:Proven experience in back-end development with Kotlin, including hands-on experience with frameworks like Ktor, Spring Boot (Kotlin), or similar.
- **Experience**:4+ years of professional experience in back-end engineering.
- **Skills**:Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. Experience withrelational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- **DevOps Knowledge**:Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloudplatforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- **Testing**:Strong knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and other quality assurancepractices.
- **Soft Skills**:Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
