**Position Overview**:
The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement process and ensuring the timely acquisition of the company’s services. This role involves developing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various departments to meet organisational needs. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible terms for the company.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, operations, and logistics) to understand purchasing needs and align procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Prepare reports on activities, savings, and performance for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
