Position Overview

Exciting career opportunity that provides a technical leadership role in the AutoCAD toolsets team, in Autodesk Singapore Research & Development center that is involved in the design and implementation of next generation features for AutoCAD Toolset (Electrical).

QA Analyst for AutoCAD Toolset (Electrical) applies knowledge of Electrical Engineering process to plan, develop and execute test strategies, and brings customer workflow into the software development process.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provides specification design on new features and Electrical contents- Performs functional tests, performance tests, workflow tests, install tests, globalization, and interoperability tests- Creates test plan, test matrices and test design for testing product functionality- Writes test cases based on production work and create scripts for automation- Performs analysis on product quality and customer workflow-
- Participates in product development life cycle- Provides proposal on customer requests to Product Management- Provides documentation on new features- Performs as final approver for product release

Minimum Qualifications-
- 5+ years’ experience with AutoCAD or other related software product- Working experience as an Electrical Engineer is an asset- Experience in software quality assurance- Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for analysing and resolving problems- Knowledge in Electrical Engineering standards, contents, processes and practices- Experience in scripting or programming is optional- Accuracy and attention to detail- Keen interest in new technologies- Ability to learn large software systems quickly- Ability to work well in a team to deliver on team goals- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English language- Self-directed and require mínimal supervision
