Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all works comply fully with regulations and client's requirements.
- Report to C&S QP and work closely with regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision and leadership on site, not only to resolve site issues but also to ensure the project's timely completion.
- Implement and sustain the site supervision quality & safety assurance system.
- Carry out supervision of structural and geotechnical works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's on-site works.
- Strong ability to interpret drawings and contract documents in the work.
- Be familiar with, check and review all method statement and drawings (including authority submission and shop drawings).
- Carry out regular site checks on contractors and ensure compliance with health and work safety per MOM regulations.
- Attend site progress, technical, client-consultant, variation, coordination meetings etc., with the project team and client.
- Ensure that proper site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as-built submissions etc., are well managed.

Requirements:

- Possess a recognized Civil/Structural Engineering degree acceptable for registration with IES/ACES.
- Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Engineer Practicing Certificate.
- Minimum five(5) years of Resident Engineer work experience supervising multi-storey buildings, with strong knowledge of bored piling, precast structures, structural steel and ERSS(earth retaining stabilizing structure).
- Experience in healthcare/residential projects will be an added advantage.
- Good supervisory and leadership skills, with experience leading a team of Resident Technical Officers.
- A good team player with effective communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Able to start work on July 2025.
