**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **IVVQ Engineer**to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on activities related to the **Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification**(IVVQ) of complex systems—spanning hardware, software, and embedded components. You will play a critical part in ensuring that our systems meet performance, reliability, and compliance standards throughout the development lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. IVVQ Planning & Strategy**
- Define IVVQ strategies and methodologies in alignment with project goals and system requirements.
- Develop detailed IVVQ plans, schedules, and deliverables.

**2. Test Planning & Execution**
- Design, implement, and execute test plans and procedures.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage for all system functionalities and performance aspects.

**3. Resource & Platform Management**
- Manage and optimize test resources including personnel, hardware, software, and test environments.
- Maintain and enhance IVVQ platforms to support testing needs effectively.

**4. Integration & Qualification**
- Support and execute system integration and qualification activities.
- Participate in architecture qualification and end-to-end system testing.

**5. Defect & Risk Management**
- Identify, log, track, and resolve defects through structured defect management processes.
- Perform impact analysis and mitigation planning for issues and engineering changes.

**6. Collaboration & Communication**
- Work closely with system engineers, developers, quality teams, and other stakeholders.
- Provide status updates, risk assessments, and issue tracking in a timely and clear manner.

**7. Costing & Estimation**
- Contribute to estimation and bid activities, including scope definition, costing, and scheduling of IVVQ phases.

**8. Tool & Supplier Coordination**
- Manage tools for test management, monitoring, and analysis.
- Interface with suppliers and service providers to support system and test infrastructure requirements.

**9. Requirements Management**
- Analyze and interpret system and customer requirements to develop appropriate test cases.
- Validate implementation against functional and non-functional specifications.

**10. Test Environment Setup**
- Design and implement robust test environments and infrastructures, ensuring high reliability and repeatability.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in system **integration, verification, validation**, and **qualification**activities.
- Solid understanding of **IVVQ principles**, methodologies, and lifecycle processes.
- Familiarity with **defect tracking systems**and **test management tools**.
- Strong **problem-solving**skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent **project management**and **communication**abilities.
- Proficiency in working with **Unix/Linux environments**.
- Experience with tools for **requirements management**, **test execution**, and **issue tracking**(e.g., DOORS, Jira, TestRail, etc.).
- Background in working on **software**, **hardware**, or **embedded systems**is highly desirable.
