We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Events Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, organising events, and promoting the school’s programs and initiatives to enhance community engagement and enrollment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing**
- Collaborate with all the teams and execute marketing campaigns to promote school programs, events, and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for growth.
- Working with content and design to distribute, promote and measure content offers.
- Paid Media - Ability to manage paid media campaigns which are executed by external partners.
- Conversion Optimisation - Review data from digital portals to improve customer experience and reduce bounce rates.
- Lead Nurturing - Developing thoughtful and relevant content that assists leads in converting into enrollment.
- Assist in managing all marketing automation and inbound marketing on HubSpot
- Manage social media and online communities.

**Events**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute school events, such as open houses, booths set up and community programs.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to secure services, materials, and logistics for events.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and marketing efforts to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure events align with requirements
- Gather feedback and evaluate events for future improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital/marketing, events planning or related roles, with a track record of successful event execution and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and vendors/suppliers.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite/Google Platforms and strong knowledge in Hubspot.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and enhance the event experience.
