- The IT Business Analyst supports the IT Demand Manager, works in close collaboration with the respective country leads, Business development, Solution Design, as well as IT team.
- Support demands raised to ITCL regional team including pre-sales activities.
- Takes business needs and requirements, refines and transforms into viable specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Support and represent IT in customer presales engagements.
- Support the process chain from demand management, solution development, demand refinement, effort and cost estimation, IT system demonstration and handover to delivery team for demand fulfilment.
- Data Analytics in terms of tracking demands to analyse trends and impact on capacity.
- Maintain knowledge base repository of IT Business Development materials to ensure that they are up to date.

- Ability to understand requirements and translate into IT specification for delivery by implementation team.
- Strong analytical skill.
- Ability to engage customer, business, and IT partners.
- Ability to deliver clear and concise communication to stakeholders.
- Team player with good working attitude and the ability to learn quickly.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related degree.
- Experience in Supply Chain domain and IT field.
- Proven experience in process design as well as engaging business users and technical resources.
- Understanding of RFP sales cycle, supply chain processes (warehouse operations) and WMS preferred.
