**Job responsibilities**
- Drive company IT matters and propose solutions to meet business objectives.
- Maintenance of IT infrastructure, kiosk and provide Network and Security administration and support (Layer 2 and Layer 3 Switch, Access Point, EPP, EDR and Firewall)
- Communicate effectively with users to identify and resolve issues timely
- Provide technical support, monitor system, security and EDR updates
- Conduct periodic system preventive maintenance checks, patches updates and review log report
- Perform server and network management
- Maintain proper IT documentation, contracts, SOPs
- Provide regular progress and status update, and follow through on IT projects
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager
- Regular provide training to end user (M365 new feature or security update)

**Job requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
- CCNA, Microsoft Windows Certified, Cyber Security and etc.
- Understanding NAS hardware and software components, network protocols, RAID configurations, security measures, and common troubleshooting scenarios.
- Preferably with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Deployment/Maintenance Server & Network / Access Point
- Knowledge of cyber security is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Power Apps / Automate is an added advantage.
- Strong in problem solving multi-tasking, systematic and organized
- Must be a team player, self-motivated and able to work independently.

**Work Location**:
2 Changi South Avenue 2, Singapore 486354 (Nearest MRT: EXPO)

**Work Hours**:
Monday - Friday (8:30am to 6:00pm)
