**What you'll do**:

- Lead or support technology transfer and scale-up of manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and customers to ensure successful implementation
- Conduct lab-scale experiments and troubleshooting as needed
- Author and review technical documentation and training materials
- Monitor production runs, ensure GMP compliance, and drive process improvements
- Provide on-floor support during campaigns and manage change controls
- Participate in audits and regulatory inspections

**Material Scientist Focus**:

- Lead material assessment and continuous improvement projects
- Serve as SME for materials-related investigations and global discussions
- Manage quality event (CRF, NC, CAPA) and contribute to audit readiness
- Stay current with advances in CGT materials and mentor team members.

**What we're looking for**:

- Degree in Science or Engineering; 5-10 years in process development or life sciences
- Deep knowledge of cell and gene therapy, GMP, and aseptic manufacturing
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with both clients and internal teams.
