**Introduction**

**Your Role and Responsibilities**

PROTEUS is looking for a Marketing Executive to join us.
- Collaborate with operations teams and vendors to facilitate marketing support for career fairs and branch recruitment drives.
- Oversee the company's social media channels to maintain a consistent level of interaction.
- Take charge of managing the company website and marketplace store, including executing promotions and campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven ideas.
- Provide assistance and support for various marketing activities beyond the specified tasks.

**Potential Activity or Task**
- Ideate, develop and execute online and offline campaigns to support marketing activities.
- Strategize and implement digital marketing initiatives
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to create, produce, and enhance marketing collateral.
- Analyze collected data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future marketing endeavors.

**Requirement**
- Good eye for design and attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and a self-directed learner.
- Responsible and able to meet deadlines as well as manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Proficient in formulating and designing marketing collaterals.
- In-depth knowledge of platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.
- Skilled in Google Analytics and deriving insights for campaign optimization.
