**The Role**
Daily Job Scope as follows:
- Ensure all insurance claims are settled within the expected turnaround time
- Scanning of claims documents to GDC (Group Delivery Center) folder for naming within the expected turnaround time
- Printing of cover letters and send out along claims documents within expected turnaround time
- Ensure claims documents are delivered on time
- Perform technical review all outgoing claims letter to clients
- Lend support & guidance to Consultants & GDC
- Perform investigation and assessment of the claims before making appeals to Insurers
- Work closely and share claims knowledge/experiences with SG colleagues
- Monitor and track on outstanding claims on weekly basis
- Work with GDC to close off all queries and expedite insurance claims queries
- Work with GDC flex team if required on checking of reports
- Adhere to compliance requirements and guidelines (ensure zero data breach)
- To review and provide claims report to clients (if applicable)
- Attend client call/meeting (E.g. claims enquiries, etc.)
- Any other admin, claims or ad hoc matters
**Governance, Compliance and Control**
- Act with integrity in carrying out duties and responsibilities
- Act with due care and diligence
- Ensure observation of proper standards of market conduct
- Ensure data quality and accuracy when delivery clients’ work
**The Requirements**
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Health & Benefits insurance or consulting or brokerage role
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with a strong focus on customer service
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Technical proficiency in Singaporean employee benefits
- Broad understanding of compliance issues related to local legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
- Proficiency in English language
