Our client is a leading real estate investment firm listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX), with a strong focus on delivering long-term, sustainable value to its investors. The company manages a diversified portfolio of quality assets across multiple sectors and geographies. They are seeking an **Investment Manager**to join their team and play a key role in driving strategic growth through targeted acquisitions and asset enhancements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and source investment opportunities in the living sector and related real estate assets.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial modelling to evaluate potential investments.
- Lead and coordinate due diligence processes across legal, financial, and technical aspects.
- Support deal structuring, negotiation, and execution, including preparation of investment proposals and board papers.
- Conduct post-acquisition performance reviews and identify asset enhancement opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, economic shifts, and competitor activities to guide investment strategies.
**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in **Finance, Real Estate, or related field**.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in **real estate investment,**business development, or investment advisory.
- Strong exposure to the **real estate industry**, ideally in the living sector or similar asset classes.
- **Proven ability in financial modelling**, investment evaluation, and transaction management.
- Experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects is an advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.Strong communication and presentation skills, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
