- Promote tour package to customers
- Tour reservations & pre-travel administration
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- **Requirements**:

- GCE "N"/"O" levels, ITE, Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management
- Willing to work on shift, weekends & Public Holidays
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin(spoken & written) in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
- Experience in the Travel/ Hospitality Industry or Customer Service will be an advantage
- Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
