- **Workshop Facilitation**:Adapt delivery methods, foster collaboration, manage time effectively, and troubleshoot challenges during sessions.
- **Independent Work**:Develop and execute training strategies independently while collaborating with teams to achieve goals.
- **Staying Updated**:Keep informed on new trends, training techniques, and delivery methods to enhance effectiveness.

**Objective**:
Represent the company’s products and services with comprehensive product knowledge and customer insights.

**Requirements**:

- Strong training facilitation and workshop delivery skills.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
- Certification in facilitation or adult learning (preferred).
