The Process & System Innovation (PSI) team is the innovation unit for Airport Operations Management division. We support business units in their innovation efforts and function as a catalyst to accelerate operations transformation. We are seeking self-driven members to join our team. As part of an entrepreneurial team within an ops division, you would collaborate with operational teams in AOM to develop a deep understanding of the current operations & its constraints, ideate solutions, design prototypes, and execute trials to achieve breakthrough innovation. You would be expected to translate high level concepts into actionable projects and work with both internal stakeholders & external partners to trial & adopt innovative solutions.

You would additionally keep abreast of relevant emerging technologies, inspire & educate, as well as help project teams overcome project challenges with your technical expertise. Areas of interest include AI/ML, cloud solution development, data analytics, IoT sensors, knowledge graph, ML Ops, and operations research.

Team members are given the autonomy & space to self-prototype and/or source for external partners to co-create solutions. The nature of the work grants a unique opportunity to work with startups & corporations to co-develop & testbed solutions in a live environment, gaining valuable industry & technical experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner & enable certain operational team(s) in Airport Operations Management to help them succeed in innovation. Seek to deeply understand their operations & constraints, define problem statements, ideate solutions, design/develop prototypes and execute trials.
- Catalyse ops transformation. Envision, conceptualise, pitch (to senior management) and drive pivotal project(s) that could help transform operations, such as to achieve higher passenger experience and/or operational efficiency.
- You may also be given the opportunity to lead as a Programme Manager and/or Product Manager, to steer division-wide innovation and/or digital transformation initiatives.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- 2 - 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in programming would be advantageous.
- Enthusiastic about airport operations and demonstrate experience in a certain technological domain, such as AI/ML, cloud solution development, data analytics, IoT sensors, knowledge graph, ML Ops, and operations research, etc.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter, strong conceptual thinker, hands-on and resourceful to get things done independently.
- Team-player with intrinsic motivation to help others succeed. Able to collaborate well with both internal stakeholders & external partners.
- Excellent communications (written & oral) and people skills, with a proven ability in change management (such as obtaining stakeholders’ buy-in and delivering presentations to senior management).
