Sales and Customer Service: Assisting customers in the purchase of cards and allied products, such as transit passes or top-up services. Providing information about different card options, fares, promotions, and any applicable terms and conditions. Offering guidance and suggestions based on customer needs and preferences.
- Card Transactions: Processing transactions related to card top-ups, refunds, or claims. Handling cash, credit/debit card payments, or other accepted payment methods accurately and securely. Verifying and updating customer information as required.
- Technical Support: Assisting customers with basic troubleshooting and technical issues related to the cards or card readers. Providing guidance on using the cards for fare payments, understanding usage rules, and resolving minor problems.

Requirement:

- Good communication skills
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
- Salary $1,800 + Transport allowance
- 2 years contract
- Location Island wide
