**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare payment voucher and cheque issuance
- Prepare Delivery order and Purchase order
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering telephones
- Issue purchase orders and liaise with suppliers
- Ensure invoices from suppliers tally with purchase order
- Perform receipt process in Purchasing System. Attached all DOs, invoices, POs, forward to accounts payable Assisting Accounts Dept. in data entry, filling, AR & AP functions
- Resolve payment related enquires
- To assist the management on other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

**Requirements**:
- Positive work attitudes and meticulous.
- 1-2 years work experience required.
- Able to start with short notice
