As a Warehouse Supervisor, the incumbent will lead and manage both warehouse related operations and administration to achieve operational excellence.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage warehouse operations and process efficiency and effectiveness.
- To manage inbound and outbound and all related operations activities
- Monitor day-to-day operation activities to ensure warehouse operations meet the customers’ expectation.
- To communicate and coordinate with the warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
- Assist with quality control and continuous improvement of the warehouse.
- Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse environment by performing monitor and coordinate deliveries and shipment.
- Be the contact point with internal and external stakeholders on warehouse operation arrangement.
- To ensure all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
- Plan and conduct periodic Stock Quantity Cycle Count in accordance with company’s SOP.
- To ensure office areas are well maintained.
- Perform other job-related functions as and when required by superior.
- The role will be based at the Warehouse at 8 Jurong Pier Road. The incumbent will be required to provide operational support to the warehouse at Tuas whenever required to.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level / NITEC in any relevant discipline
- Minimum 3~5 years of related working experience in logistics / 3PL / Supply Chain with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage an operation/admin team.
- Strong leadership skills
- Meticulous, good analytical skills, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
