Perform professional technical repairs and servicing of luxury watches in adherence to service delivery standards
- Perform technical evaluation to identify the service needed
- Responsible for the quality of the watches repaired and servicing
- Polishing of cases and bracelets
- Perform the required technical intervention agreed with the customer, such as change, maintenance service, complete service or other types of interventions
- Follow up and manage technical documentation, consolidating technical issues

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level with credit in English or Certificate of Competency in watch repair or any other relevant courses.
- At least 3 years of experience in watch repairs and servicing
- Fluency in English & Mandarin (to serve Mandarin speaking customers)
- Possess great learning attitude with a pleasant personality
- Keen in watch repair or watch care services industry
- Diligent, strong work ethics and meticulous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
