**Benefits Summary**:

- Basic up to $4500 + Performance bonus
- Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm
- Location: Chinatown Point
- The company car is provided. (Is not allowed to drive home, have to park back at the office building.)

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee a portfolio of accounts to guarantee punctual debt collection and retrieval.
- Undertake in-person visits to engage with clients and reach settlements through negotiation.
- Coordinate with legal counsel to initiate legal proceedings for debt recovery, as required.
- Maintain precise and current documentation of all collection efforts.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards while adhering to company protocols and guidelines.
- Work in partnership with internal departments to address disputes and disparities.
- Enhance the debt collection process continually by identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years of field collection experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Legal experience or knowledge related to debt recovery processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess a Driver's license. (Class 3A)
