RECEPTION:
Registration of patients ( using the Clinic Management System)

Manage the queue system.

Handle phone enquiries and schedule appointments for clinic patients and specialist referral appointments.

Computer literate
- able to operate Clinic Management System)

Able to trace and file case notes.

CLINIC DUTIES:
Able to wear Personal Protection Equipment as required.

Dispense medication ( under supervision ) and collection of payment( cash and cashless)

Able to operate the cash register and cashless payment system.

Able to resolve daily accounts at the end of operation.

Assist doctor in certain procedures.

Able to clean and sterilise medical equipment using the Autoclave.

Assist in cleaning and disinfection of clinic premise when required.

Handle incoming stock( Update CMS system), stock take medication and medical supplies.
