The **Engineering Internship Program (EIP)** is designed to provide undergraduate students with a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in a healthcare setting. This program focuses on the maintenance, operation, and improvement of medical devices, preparing interns for real-world challenges in biomedical engineering.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Technical Support & Maintenance
- Medical Equipment Procurement & Evaluation.
- Knowledge Management & Process Improvement.

**Learning Objectives**:

- Enhance communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Gain hands-on experience with medical devices.
- Develop project management skills and an understanding of departmental and organizational needs.
- Learn about change management and implement real-world solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred), Computing Science or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

**Other Information**:

- Internship Duration: January to June 2025
- Able to commit to a full-time internship schedule.
