**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare and review key project documentation in executing the complete scope of piping engineering work as per the project requirements.
- Familiar with offshore piping materials, stress engineering, platforms and FPSO layout design, material handling and pipe support design.
- Conduct 3d Model reviews as per project requirements.
- Experience in piping standards, creating MTOs.
- Ensure that technical compliance with all design requirements is met.
- Prepare and review detailed calculations, analysis, and solutions to deliver safe, secure, and fully functional facilities.
- Interface with Client’s Engineering team to resolve the technical issues.
- Effectively manage design changes and provide optimized solutions during project executions.
- Review and management of project general specifications, engineering procedures and policies.
- Provide work progress reports.
- Accountable for the quality engineering deliverables.
- Provide engineering guidance to Contractors wherever required.
- Achieve safety standards as defined in Project requirements.
- To achieve project completion to the project specifications on schedule.
- Support project planning as necessary.
- Field Engineering support during construction phase of the project.
- Coordinate with class for surveys and reviews related to shipyard work.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for monitoring and controls.

Comply with HSE requirements:

- Environmental Aspects & Impacts Assessment.
- OHS Hazardous & Risk Assessment.
- Follow HSE Regulations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum educational requirements of a Bachelor’s and/or Masters’ degree in mechanical/materials engineering.
- Direct experience as a lead piping engineer working on FPSO projects.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience, with Oil & Gas projects (fixed installations and FPSOs), with significant experience working as a Senior or Lead Engineer.
- Must have prior work experience with medium/ large sized brownfield and/or greenfield projects in the upstream Oil and Gas sector, in a similar role and possess a good understanding of project phases, milestones, deliverables, internal and external interfaces.
- Shall be capable of supporting the development and implementing recommendations from third party safety studies and workshops, including HAZID/ENVID, SIL Classifications, Smoke, Gas, Fire and Explosion Risk Analyses, QRA, ALARP assessments, Fire and Gas Mappings and Noise Studies.
