**What the role is**
- Overall Job Purpose: Responsible for Sentosa Golf Club General Ledger to ensure timely and accurate P&L reporting and analysis
**What you will be working on**
- Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensure timely month end close of books with first draft P&L report with analysis available for internal CAF and GRIT meeting as per published Finance timelines - Ensure complete, timely and accurate monthly accruals - Ensure timely & accurate monthly bank reconciliation - Ensure timely monthly Inter-co balances & transaction reconciliations - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all balance sheet aging/reconciliation and schedules and timely follow up of all aged and reconciling items - Ensure timely review of subledger GST reports and timely/proper quarterly submission of F5 GST schedules to IRAS - Ensure timely and proper ACAP review of GST process with tax auditors - Ensure timely and proper approval of payments as bank authorizer - Ensure timely upload of budget to system - Ensure timely update of SOP - Backup for customer creation for all entities - Engage with internal stakeholders (business units) in all GL matters - Work closely with all parties, including auditors. - Ensure that Financial Instructions Manual, accounting standards, financial policies and all relevant statutory requirements (including IRAS GST policies), and procedures for financial matters are adhered to - Identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement within financial processes and participate in relevant IT system development or enhancements - Assist the Manager to oversee FA/AP function - Review FA/AP processes for continuous improvements - Be the first POC for system issues relating to Finance
