**Responsibilities**

The trainer must be able to transfer information and practical knowledge of organisational policies, protocols and procedures to provide care and assistance in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Able to establish clients’ need on chronic health conditions in accordance to regulatory requirements and guidelines
- Able to prepare tools and equipment to assist clients’ ADLs accordance with care plans
- Able to take the factors into consideration to carry out the ADLs in accordance with established organisational procedures
- Able to demonstrate and explain ways to take appropriate actions to ensure client’s privacy and dignity is protected
- Able to dispose waste and make report on any abnormalities to supervisors in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Possess ACTA or ACLP or none as a supporting facilitator
- Possess relevant experience and able to demonstrate effectively
- Possess relevant qualifications
