Job Description Summary: The Manager, Machine Learning will be responsible for developing and deploying models that solve key business problems and enhance user experience.

**Job Description**:
I**n your day-to-day role, your responsibilities include**:

- Research, design, and build machine learning models for a variety of business use cases.
- Work with data engineers to collect, clean, and prepare data for modeling.
- Develop prototypes and conduct experiments to validate model approaches.
- Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability in production.
- Collaborate with software engineers to deploy models into live systems.
- Regularly communicate technical concepts and results to peers and stakeholders.

**What do you need to bring**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
- Proficient in Python and commonly used ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong foundation in machine learning theory, algorithms, and statistical methods.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data at scale.
- Practical knowledge of model evaluation and deployment in production environments.
