- Provide attentive care and supervision for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities to stimulate cognitive and motor skills.
- Foster a warm and nurturing environment that promotes social and emotional development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and needs.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.

- Experience working with infants in an educational or childcare setting.
- A passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Knowledge of infant care routines and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with starting up or building a new program is a distinct advantage
