**The role: Strategy and Operations Manager, Partnerships, YouTube - Singapore**

**Additional Role Description**:
The YouTube Partnership Enablement Team is focused on providing comprehensive services and solutions to YouTube partners and our internal Content and Product Partnerships teams. Our multifaceted team members work together with various cross-functional stakeholders throughout YouTube to address our partners’ most pressing needs on YouTube. We develop cross-functional programs and Go-to-Market resources for products, policies, and strategies that are strategically important for YouTube’s partner ecosystem.

The YouTube Product Partnerships team drives partner strategy and manages the key relationships that help to build, distribute, grow, and protect YouTube’s products globally. We own the business side of new features, products, and initiatives that are vital to the success of YouTube. We know how to assess partnership opportunities in any situation, define a strategy, and work closely within our team, and with Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders to drive critical partnerships that help evolve our business.

As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will work closely with the leadership team to help the business grow and operate effectively, ensuring our teams are executing against YouTube’s priorities in close alignment with regional and global cross-functional stakeholders. This includes driving deliverables for critical internal alignment and approval forums on strategic issues, preparing key leaders for internal and external commitments, and supporting annual strategic planning and OKR processes. In this role, you will help influence global business and product priorities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage internal and external executive-level presentations, including quarterly business reviews, product reviews, partner strategy, and agreement approval forums
- Drive the annual planning and regional OKR processes in close collaboration with cross-functional leadership
- Lead critical strategic and operational projects based on emergent business needs
- Identify problems and issues across the organization, create programs and processes to solve them, and influence cross-functional teams and leadership
- Participate in early discussions on behalf of the business to scope new projects

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience within one or more of the following fields: management consulting, investment banking, business operations, business development, partnerships, and/or corporate strategy at a technology/media company

**Preferred qualifications**:

- MBA or graduate degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field
- Experience with strategic projects, cross-functional stakeholder management, and project management
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels, including cross-functional teams and executive leadership
- Ability to be collaborative and navigate ambiguity
- Excellent deck-building and written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent business acumen, problem solving, and analytical skills
