[What the role is]

This is a 2-year contract position as a Lecturer, Entrepreneurship in the School of Business & Accountancy.

**[What you will be working on]**

As a lecturer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Develop, prepare and update teaching materials as well as associated assessments and conduct lectures, tutorials and workshops.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and actively network with industry professionals to collaborate on student projects and enhance learning opportunities.
- Set and mark assessments related to the module(s) assigned and keep records of student attendance and grades.
- Support student learning and development through student consultations and mentoring for both PET and CET learners
- Be required to take on committee portfolio and ad-hoc projects that support the school’s mission.
- Perform academic and administrative duties
- Lead student overseas trips

**[What we are looking for]**
- At least 3 years’ relevant industry experience. Prior teaching experience will be an advantage.
- A nurturing mindset with passion for working with young adults and mature learners.
- Ability to use innovative teaching and learning strategies and a passion for working with and motivating learners.
- Working experience and competency in digital and social media marketing as well as a strong understanding of behavioural insights related to starting, developing, and scaling a business.
- Experience in cross-cultural or international environments, along with access to industry partners and networks, will be highly advantageous.
- Competent to plan, develop and teach behaviourial insights, entrepreneurship and marketing modules and manage entrepreneurial initiatives and activities.
- Ability to manage and support multiple projects independently as well as in a team setting.
