We are seeking a BCA‑licensed technician to support building compliance, inspections and maintenance activities.

**Part-Timers**are welcomed to apply.

Conduct regular and ad‑hoc inspections of building systems (structural, M&E, lifts, plumbing, fire protection as applicable) to verify compliance with BCA regulations and project specifications.
- Prepare clear inspection reports, non‑conformance reports and maintenance records; track remediation and follow up to closure
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and record keeping (logbooks, CAFM/EAM systems).
- Ensure safe working practices on site; conduct or participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings; report hazards and near misses.
- Liaise with project managers, building owners, tenants and external contractors to coordinate works and access.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment and critical spare parts; ensure calibration and statutory testing are up to date.Qualifications and certifications
- Current and valid BCA licence relevant to the trade and scope of work (specify required licence type in your posting)

.Diploma or certification in Building Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related trade certification (or equivalent trade qualification).

Technical knowledge & skills
- Strong working knowledge of BCA codes/regulations and relevant Singapore/ local standards (or specify the jurisdiction)
- Proficient in completing inspection forms, technical reports and using CAFM/EAM or Microsoft Office tools.
- Good diagnostic/troubleshooting skills and ability to read drawings, schematics and technical manuals.

.Good verbal and written communication; ability to liaise with regulators, contractors and clients
- Able to work independently on site and as part of a team; flexible with occasional after‑hours response for emergencies.
