Supervisory
- Oversees and ensures that the day to day operations of the Organization run smoothly.
- Ensure that the work conditions and environments are adequate, safe and in compliance with the Workplace Safety & Health Act.
- Conducts performance evaluations objectively.
- Handle discipline and termination of employees when needed, in accordance with the Organization's policies, procedures and compliance with the relevant authorities.
- Provide guidance, coaching and directions to the line managers and lay out the expectations.
Strategic & Planning
- Working with the Board of Directors in establishing the Key Performance Index (quantitative and qualitative), aligning with the Organization's Objectives.
- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
- Conducts periodic reviews and evaluations on the Organization's efficiency, effectiveness, Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to enhance Organization's Performance.
- Forecast budgets, monitor and control the costs of the different business units.
- With the Board of Directors, perform a constant review and evaluation of the Organization Objectives and directions.
- Analyze the statistics for any information or trends, making use of the information for strategic advantage.
Change Management
- Communicates and explains new directives, policies or procedures to the line managers, handle queries, maintain morale, ensuring a smooth transition during the change management process.
- Executing the Organization's strategies to optimize growth.
- Propose incentives and rewards from time to time for any successful change.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Complete WSQ Manage Security Agencies within Legal Framework course
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a security agency.
- Proficient operational and financial acumen.
- Strong ethical and leadership abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Display strong organization skills.
