- Other- To ensure that a robust risk management framework is in place to enable AIC to manage its strategic risks. This includes regular refresh of AIC Tier 1 risks, ie. identifying, analyzing and reporting these risks to the board and senior management.
- To provide intelligence and early warning on developments, including changes in Ministry of Health’s policies and practices that may impact AIC's operational continuity and readiness.
- To work with divisions on the development plans for operational responses in communicable disease outbreaks, civil and national emergencies, and possible disruptions to AIC operations, with coordination from MOH as well as identified hospital stakeholders.
- To develop the risk and readiness framework with stakeholders on emergency response including the planning and conduct of training and exercises, ensuring equipment stockpile, serviceability and readiness.
- Responsible for the management of AIC’s incident management framework and reporting process, ie. to oversee and govern SOPs for emergency response operations and training.
- To manage the call tree framework, including the operation of the Everbridge incident notification system and serve as AIC’s information hub for the collating and dissemination of information pertaining to ground operations.
- To monitor, gather and collate information for Crisis Management Committee (CMC) to process and assess informed decision-making for crisis and consequence management.
- To serves as AIC’s liaison with external agencies, specifically MOH, on ground operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline
- Relevant past experience and track record in risk management and running operations centres will be considered in-lieu.
- Experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Emergency Planning, operations and crisis management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in developing emergency planning and business continuity plans will be an advantage.
- Strong in stakeholder engagement and communications
- Proactive in resolving operational issues.
- Able to work calmly under pressure.
- Able to think systematically and quickly under time pressure.
