Rakkar Digital is a startup company backed by SCB 10X focusing in digital asset and blockchain space. We provide digital asset custody and related services to our clients across ASEAN. We are on a mission to enable our clients to securely store and easily access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. The team is growing fast. We are looking for strong talents to join us in multiple countries across the region.

We’re looking for a Chief Executive Officer to build and run the product and the business.

This role reports directly to the Board of Directors and sits in our Singapore office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating, communicating, and implementing the company vision, mission, and overall direction.
- Leading the development and implementation of the company’s short and long term strategies.
- Oversee the company financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals of the company.
- Review the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company’s objective and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
- Present regular reports on the status of the company’s operations to the board of directors.
- Serve as the company’s representative to the board of directors, shareholders, employees, customers, and government, and the public.
- Evaluating the success of the company in reaching its goals.
- Making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources ofthe company.
- Enforce adherence to applicable laws, rules, regulatory guidelines, and company’spolicies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
- Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized.
- Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encouragedevelopment among senior executive team and all members of staff.
- Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion, opportunities,industry developments, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Master degree
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 15 years in product development, business development
- Minimum 5 years in top executive positions
- Experience in building visions, mission and direction
- Experience in building strategy and execution
- Experience in business development and P&L management
- Experience in managing a company or team of minimum 50 people
- Good understanding of product development and business operations
- Resilience with proven track records of delivering large scale businesses
- Strong ethic and integrity
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency is a must
