We develop models in different domains such as NLP (Named Entity Recognition, Opinion Extraction, Document Parsing), Vision AI (Facial recognition, License Plate Recognition (LPR), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Predictive models (e.g to identify viral topics online).
**What we are looking for**
- Experience designing, implementing and training new machine learning model and fine tuning pre-trained machine learning models.
- Experience working with large datasets, including data normalization, filtering and feature extraction.
- Experience with a variety of different machine learning architecture (convolutional neural networks, transformers, reinforcement learning Gaussian process).
- You have strong coding skills; whatever your language of choice, your projects are beautifully designed and cleanly written.
- You are dynamics, curious and eager to learn, always looking to expand your fields of expertise.
- You are pro-active and take ownership of your work.
- You often come up with new ideas to solve complex problems, and know how to get your teammates behind them.
- You want your work to have an impact rather than a cog, you see yourself as the engine.
- You are comfortable dealing with the pressure of delivering an excellent service to our customers.
- Able to work independently to complete assigned tasks.
**Requirements**:
- A degree in Computer Science from a recognized foreign or local university; a relevant master’s degree will be an added qualification.
- Self-motivated and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Passionate about innovating, learning new skills and technology.
