- Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of trends to drive innovation in video production techniques.
- Actively promote the company and grow its brand presence across platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Cinematic Short Reels Videographer with a portfolio that showcases your creativity and technical expertise.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to co-found and scale a business.
- Exceptional storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
